The broad strategies adopted in the Conceptual Master Plans (CMPs) are:

Taking cognizance of the key projects contemplated in the 2020 Policy Address, we formulated CMP 1.0 covering the Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau areas, i.e. the IIS focus areas, in August 2021.

During the period of August to November 2021, briefings and meetings were arranged for more than 30 stakeholder groups including LegCo members, Southern District Council, Southern District Area Committees, relevant professional institutes, interested educational institutes and other organisations, and local groups/associations to gauge their views on the CMP.
